SIMMS, Robert "Rob" of Towsnend died on January 6, 2020 surrounded by loving family and friends. He was 53 years old. Son of Hugh (deceased), survived by mother Peggy (Elliott) Simms and sister Jean Simms of Cambridge, half brother Nicholas Simms and wife Nancy Wilson of Amherst; son Dana and fiancé Samantha Nash; daughter Kimberly Beavers and husband Chris; former wife Pamela Scirocco of Townsend; aunt Ann Montague and cousin Kevin Montague of Brighton. He had a passion for all things mechanical including heavy equipment and worked for his friend Steven Walker of Jaffrey New Hampshire.
Memorial reception: Saturday February 22 12:30pm-2:30pm at Bemis Hall, 15 Bedford Rd. Lincoln, MA 01773.
Private burial: Lincoln Cemetery.

To Robs family ...My heartfelt condolences...I was going to call him and say hello ...sadly I missed my chance ...I met Rob one day when his electric scooter broke down and we put it into my pick up and I gave him a ride home ...we had some nice friend conversations...may he rest in peace????
