Bob Peters was a very fine man and a great Bronco. Even though I did not have the opportunity to know him that well, he always made a point to say hello to me and share a few words with me whenever we saw each other. He must have trusted me enough as a teacher when he made sure that his young son Billy was assigned to me in 9th grade English when I was teaching at Piedmont Hills..
I did not know Mr. Peters, but I went to middle school with Lorraine. She was a very kind and positive person. I believe her brother won the Ribisi award at PHHS. If his children reflected his life and values, he lived a very full and happy life.
I knew Bob for many years through the Rock Canyon Club. I would see him annually at the tennis tournament, he was always cheerful and had a blast playing tennis. I am sad to learn of both his and Jean's passing, but they had long and happy lives and I am a better person for having known them. My condolences to their children.
