Uncle Bob, I'm going to miss you so much. You've been the best uncle to me and the kids. Things won't be the same without you. I'll make sure to always be there for Auntie Carla, Tracy and Jay. Please watch over us, guide us and help keep us safe. Give Boompa and Todd a kiss for me. We love you Uncle Bob!

I needed to write again.  The house is so quiet without you.  When I am downstairs I keep waiting to see you pass by on your way to the restroom, it was a nightly thing.  I sleep on your side of the bed, I feel closer. I miss you so much that at times it’s so very hard to bear.  I really need you back home, we weren’t done doing what we wanted to do. The Columbia River the Smith River. ILY

Today my heart is heavy with sorrow and pain upon hearing that a noble friend and colleague had passed away. Bob was a genuine friend, one who enjoyed all aspects of life. There was never a time between us that he would fail to mention family. I was just talking about him the other day, hoping I would see him on my next trip to CA. Carla I hope the many kind words in the guest book offer some comfort to you and your family in your time of need. I will miss Bob.

Dad,
You were there when I took my first breath, and I was there when you took your last. I never thought I could ever feel this much pain. I miss you every second, of every minute, of every hour, of every day. The only thing that gives me any peace is that God promises that we will be together again.  I love you Dad, forever

Candle lit  by Carla Livesay on September 14th, 2019

The days are passing.  I don’t think it has actually hit me yet.  I am still waiting for you to come home from work, see you passing down the hall.  Don’t want to sleep in our bed anymore.  I’m so lost. The days are sad doesn’t feel like anything is worth doing.  I miss you so much I can’t even put into words I love you with all of my being. I need you so much.

Dad I still can’t believe this is real. I just don’t want to believe it. I never ever wanted to walk one day in this world without you in it. I want you to come home. I love you and miss you every single day. We are heartbroken and things will never be the same without you. I just want you back and want you to know I love you more than my words could ever express! Until we meet again....

Carla, so sorry for your loss. I worked with Denny & Bob @ NA for a few years & crossed paths with Bob in the 90's.  He fixed some tools for me. These guys were the best, teaching this 18 yo kid the ropes. We laughed a lot, even when the Prussian Blue came out (Ask any Old School Machinist). I have always credited them with giving me the best apprenticeship. Sad for Denny too. Hugs to you.

Candle lit  by MARK GRAVATT on March 16th, 2023

Looking through the pictures posted here, I see two great faces.  I know Denny had some rough times, but he and Bob were always good to me.  Bob was one of the happiest people I have ever known.  Carla, I am sure you and your family were the reason.
