Bob Faulkner was the personification of a gentleman scholar. I’ve lost track of the number of times he assisted my academic career… Bob was a sweet man who will be missed by legions of his former students.

Professor Faulkner was one of my absolute favorite professors, and his class, Modern Political Thought, was a highlight during my time at BC. Professor Faulkner was endlessly entertaining, incredibly brilliant, and always encouraging. I’m so glad I was able to study with him, and it saddens me to think of BC without him.
