Bob was not only my brother-in-law but my friend and my rock for over 50 years. I loved him dearly and will treasure all the time I was lucky enough to have with him. A kinder soul cannot be found. I will always have a huge whole in my heart without him but will fill it with so many great memories. Take a deep breath, Bob! I miss you!
Bobby was a Gentlemen extraordinaire. He truly loved people. He had an amazing gift of making you feel the world centered around you when you talked with him. He truly was interested in what you were doing and how things were in your life. He always looked out for the other persons interest and welfare. I count him as a true gentleman, friend and family. I think of him often and miss him.
Uncle Bob was my brother in law but really he was just my friend. We may not have seen each other very often since I was in Alaska but when we did it seemed as if no time had past. He cared about me and my children over the years. We visited by phone in July and as always was interested in what I had to say or was doing. I will miss you very much and loved you my friend. Connie
Bob was our good friend and neighbor for nearly fifty years. We will miss you, Bob.

I feel at such a loss knowing I will not be hearing Bob's voice and the many conversations we had about life and family. Bob was a man who deeply cared and watched over his family and friends. Loving life to it's fullest!
There is an ancient Latin Proverb that states,
“One Loyal Friend is Worth Ten Thousand Relatives…”
For a period of 30 years, Bob Keator was that type of friend to us! When we were living in California, he was always helping us with different projects. When we traveled out-of-state, our Dogs would stay with him. When he visited us in Colorado and Florida, he was the “Best Traveling Companion Ever”. We remember him as loving nature and animals. He was always ready and excited to explore and learn new things. Bob was always helpful and supportive. Truly, the title “Uncle Bob”, so clearly fit him. He will be dearly missed by us. The world has lost a wonderful man. I saw him about 4 months ago and was able to spend some time with him. I'm so glad I was able to connect with him. I used to babysit Matt and Jennifer and have wonderful memories of Uncle Bob and Jan. Getting chased by their bull with Jennifer in my arms was one of them! Bob was fun loving and full of life. I will miss him. Leigh Cecka
