Bob was married to Margie Mysyk,  They had shared over 25yrs
together. She passed September, 2013 following a brave fight
with cancer.

So deeply in love we were. I miss Bob dearly. I'll always cherish what we had; the joy, the laughter, the music, and sweet soulful companionship.  It's comforting to share that a symphony concert will be performed this year about his life and our love.

A spectacular orchestra piece composed by Mark Narins, "A Parable in Music Inspired by the Life and Death of Robert Blanshard", was beautifully performed by the Kensington Symphony Orchestra on December 14, 2019. The composition included one of Bob's favorite songs, Wayfaring Stranger.
