To the family of Rita Bibb,
I just want to extend my condolences to you all. I worked with Rita at RPS for 11 years till I left in 2001. Rita was the sweetest person I know and she had a beautiful smile. Whenever I would go back there to visit I always stopped by to speak to her and she always asked me about my mom. We all loved her take care.

To the family my heart is deeply sadden with the lost of this beautiful person.  She was one of a kind-heartwarming, passionate,very loving individual.  She's at peace now with no pain..Her spirit at RPS will always be with us. Stop thinking to much, it's alright not to know the answers.  They will come to you when you least expect it.  Let the angels continue to fly around you!!!! RIP
