It saddened my better half and I learning only this week that Rick had passed. He and I shared many hours discussing real estate, deals, and referring one another to different clients for various reasons. He was fun to be with and speak with. We liked the same things. He could not believe that I was Navy Aviator. He will be missed. God bless him and keep him.
