I am extremely sorry to hear of Rich's passing, Richie helped me, and did a lot of fix-it work for me over the years and taught me a few things about carpentry and fixing old houses.  He will be surely missed and the laughter we shared on many days, will always be a fond memory  May the family find solace he is at peace and may he RIP
