Mike and I were classmates in seminary, and what a true Brother in Christ. As two of only a handful of conservatives at the school, his encouragement was invaluable. We shared many lunches together where Mike assured me that United Methodists in the real world were different than those in the classroom--and thank goodness, he was right! I'm sorry we failed to keep in touch. Godspeed Mike!
