Today we learn what we had expected, yet had not researched, that our Comrade Ray W. Gourley has been transferred to Post Everlasting. Ray was a continuous supporter and member of Edward H. Lorenson, American Legion Post #121 Watsonville, CA for nearly 75 continuous years. Ray was a Paid Up For Life (PUFL) member and we call them PUFF L's.
Edward H Lorenson American Legion Post #121 Clubhouse located at 214 Center Street, will honor Ray at our District 28 Meeting 1100 hours on March 22, 2026 with his delayed transfer to Post Everlasting from Post #121. Ray's service is gratefully appreciated and motivating. Our deep sympathy to Roy's family and we hope you will come to visit us when in Watsonville. Rest in Peace Ray.
