I wanted to send my sympathies to the family & friends of Randy.  I met him when I was a CPUC Commissioner when he was advocating for broadband for  Comptche. His passion & dedication was impressive.  I helped get service from AT&T. When AT&T indicated it would turn off service years later, he came back to me to advocate again. We lobbied the CPUC & found new providers. A huge loss!
