Phyllis, Tracy, and I worked for Dr. Alan Padgett for a long time.  Phyllis would always send the patient to us in a calm manner, which worked so well for us all.  She was such a great front desk person.  After I retired, we went to lunch several times.  It was a wonderful experience to be her friend.  We have lost a caring person.  Love and many thoughts to the family, Jeannette
