Phil is my neighbor, my friend, advisor on home repair, gifter of my dear puppy Pepe, confidant, philosophy and history discussion companion, finder of unique objects he knew I would appreciate, and a friend I will always remember and be grateful for having the opportunity to know. I will miss seeing the porch light on when I am still awake and the rest of my neighborhood sleeps.

I got to know Phil 15 years ago and spoke with him on a regular basis.  Phil and i worked a bit together in real estate which we enjoyed.  I will remember him for not only his incredible work ethic, but more importantly for his unconditional willingness to help, his fairness, his honesty and his passion to succeed.  I'm thankful to have gotten to know him.  Thanks guy and God Bless!
