Dear Burton Family
I played with Phil at CU and was his friend. I'm sorry to hear he died. Phil was a great kid and very good football player. I also admired his decision to leave the team. I did not know he continued to play. What was the state of his health? I am attempting to produce a critical series on American Football. Bob C.
