We share fond memories of Phil.  We knew him as a CPA, a software consultant and a truly dedicated professional who always delivered above and beyond the requirements of his engagements.  His ability to mentor, comprehend and solve difficult issues and always  a pleasant smile or fun quip added to the mix.   We have all lost a lovely man and kind person.   Fondly, Lori & Peter Comeau
