So very sad to learn of Peter's passing.  I saw him only a few times; and knew him more from patent files I inherited.  That said, I DID know he was a very smart attorney & very, warm & helpful to colleagues.  He set a high and enviable standard for what a patent attorney should be.  He was liked by everyone who knew him.  The world is poorer for his loss.  Sincere sympathy to family.  

I met Peter at the happy celebration of my colleague & friend Joe's wedding to Nancy. Joe adored his genius big brother's perspicuous advice & good as gold character. Joe told me how Peter as a very young boy found a wallet full of money & immediately turned it in to authorities even though the 2 young boys had pennies between them. What credits her boys were & are to beloved mother Rita!
