Peter was a fond neighbor of my boyfriend and I. As first time renters, he welcomed us to the building with open arms and was always there to give a helping hand. It was always nice to see his smiling face, share a laugh, and stop to chat. I wish I told him how great it was to be his neighbor. He will be remembered and truly missed.
