Mr Peter Hornby was a great American and human being. He gave me a break early in my military flying career when I was living out of a van at the Airport. Without money upfront, he let me rent out part of his house that was under renovation. That break made all the difference for me. We would sit on the steps and talk about airplanes and his son Peter’s art. Rest In Peace—Brig Gen Vaughan
