Penny juggled the crazy demands of the guidance office at JRHS with grace and intelligence, just as she  handled her family. It was a blessing to know her. RIP

I am so sorry to hear this, she was a wonderful person and I am very happy to say I knew her and enjoyed working with her my senior year at James river. My prayers to her family and her JRHS family it is never easy to here of one of our own leaving us.
