This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Paula Brizendine Kuntz, 64, born in 1957 and passed away in 2021. Memorial services will be on October 9.
She died on July 28 at her home in Las Vegas NV. A graduate of Humboldt State University and the University of San Francisco Paula lived and worked in Monterey County from 1985-2017 as a caseworker and manager for developmentally disabled children and adults at the San Andreas Regional Center. She is survived by Jessica Johns, Nicole Kuntz, Derek Kuntz; Louann, Buzz and Diana Brizendine.
Paula and I worked together for almost 20 years. She was a tireless, carrying social worker and fun fellow worker. Paula tried to bring vendors and case workers together with random happy hour gatherings. She and I shared a love of fishing. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. Her life made the lives of many much better. Rest in the nearer presence of the Lord, Paula.
