My dad, Paul Frommherz, passed away this morning. He wasn't in pain, and he was surrounded by family and cats - as I think he would have wanted it. I want to share the last lucid thing he said, a few days ago, to one of the nurses. She said that she needed to dress his wound, but because of her accent, it sounded like she needed to 'address' his wound. He said that was fine, and should be addressed as 'Little Lord Fontleroy'. She was very confused, but I think it pretty much sums up his sense of humor. One of the many parts of him that will be missed.
