Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life and memorial service for Pat on Sat. Aug. 7 at 11 am at St. James Episcopal Church in Fremont.  A catered reception will be held immediately following the service at the church hall.  
We are happy to finally be able to celebrate Pat's life.
