I knew Mrs. Waldbauer through our association with Henrico schools.  I was the benefits administrator and spoke with her many times over the years.  I always looked forward to our conversations as she was always so upbeat and energetic.  A beautiful lady.  I admired her greatly and am truly sad to know she's passed but have the promise that we'll meet again.  My prayers for her family.
