Richmond has lost an active treasure at Noell's passing.

Carol and Family,
I am sadden to learn of the loss of Noell.  I will always remember her with fond memories.  She always made people feel comfortable by engaging in conversation.  She was a warm and welcoming lady.  You have my deepest sympathy.  Judy Lawrence Campagne.
