William and I knew Nadine in Pinole and her work with the City.  We appreciated her community work. She will be missed. With love and prayers to her family, especially the grandchildren.  She was a great wise lady.

I knew Nadine, or “Gram” as I called her because I was best friends with her granddaughter Briana since kindergarten. She was always so kind and welcoming and allowed me over ALL the time, took us so many fun places, always treated me like her own! I loved her very much and wish I could’ve seen her in the last few years. My heart goes out to Mike and Briana and the whole family.
