Mindy was the leader of our neighborhood in Needham. She would direct us kids, Jan, Judy ,Kyle,,Laurie Niden, and me, Alexina (Zeni),and more kids. She made the costumes and taught us the songs.  To this day, I sing to my grandkids, the Wizard of Oz songs. We would meet in the Shack in her back yard and do crafts. She had a hammock where Jan broke her arm. She gave my sister and I her hand

She gave us her hand me down clothes, which were beautiful, as she was the only girl. Mindy was so much fun and I have the fondest memories of her. When my dad died, she helped me, and her mother who was a nurse, actually cared for him at St E's, and held his hand in his final hours. We had the BEST neighborhood growing up, because of Mindy! `She will be missed.
