The world has lost one of the great ones, an adoring husband to our mother, and a wonderful father and role model to his three daughters who loved him very much. A loving grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather. The greatest gift he gave his three girls was how much he loved their mom. We take solace in knowing they are once again together. At 100 years old, he lived a good and full life. One of the Greatest Generation, WWII veteran, 30 year Chevron employee. Proud Norwegian, his strength was shown in his quiet and stoic manner. He will be greatly missed.

Longtime members of Grace Lutheran Church in Richmond and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Concord.
