For the past several years, Millicent spent time doing what she loved most: taking walks; spending time with her family; going to church; and having lunch with friends.

Ms Millicent will always be a beloved member of the OCF family.  Our (now retired) pastor would leave a Bible study  in her capable hands whenever he went on vacation. We always learned so much by her teaching and her example. Ms. Millicent would give us homework and would always ask questions  like"What would that look like?" We'll  miss her!

Millicent and I started working together in the Berkely Telephone business office in 1961. As we advanced in the Company I was her first manager and District Manger. We both retired as District Mangers in 1988. In a picture in the company news paper, we were referred as the Dynamic Dual. She was like a sister to me and I called her every year on her birthday. She will always be in my heart
