I remember Michael from Chesterfield Softball.  He was such a nice guy.   I know the family and friends will miss him greatly.   May God wrap his arms around you all and give you strength and comfort through this hard time.

Wow.  He was my boss.  Always spoke fondly of his family, especially his mother.   He used to say mom will get me if I don't honor you.  I was thinking of Mike just this week and our last meeting.   He wanted to make sure I knew I was valued.  He loved his children.  That love was my first great respect for him long before he became my boss.  Dean, I'm glad you are here.
