My dear Marilyn and Michael's family.  i am so saddened to learn of [the loss of Michael.  He was, and always shall remain, a good and kind man.  I know how beloved he was by his family and that love poured out to the many who knew and cared about him.  i have know him for twenty one years.  i shall miss him.    I believe, with all my heart, that he lives forever.   David F.
