Pop, my whole life I spoke of you as an amazing hero, wild biker guy, and tough as steel. I have tried to be strong for mom because you and gma always told me I would have to be. I wasn’t ready to let either of you go. But, I am happy in the thoughts of you two together again drinking coffee while she tells you you look like the crypt keeper! I love you, Pop. I miss your random FaceTimes!

I’m especially going to miss your Marine stories, and helping develop my love for the military, though I didn’t go, you were my reasoning for wanting too in the first place. I wanted to be just like you. You were my role model growing up, and I’m truly going to miss just talking with you. I love you so much, and don’t forget to hug my daddy for me!
