Mel was a great longtime friiend who would constantly call to check out my and my wife’s health. I will miss his ongoing cherfullness and ever.lasting friend ship.

Mel was a neighbor. When I moved into my condo three + years ago and encountered him on the street, he was so kind and a true gentleman.
Such a lovely man. I will miss him as will all our neighbors.

We are profoundly sad to learn of the tragic passing of Mel.  Mel was our neighbor for the past 19 years.  He was just a delight to know and to have conversations with.  Mel was so intelligent and kind, with a keen sense of humor.   Mel was very involved in our community and just a most wonderful man.  We will miss him and his smile and his kindness.  We are truly heartbroken.
