Upty, Graydon, Tommy and family,
My deepest condolences on the passing of Mel. I remember fondly our times together in Brookline,  library visits, and Christmas cards.  May memories shared by family and friends bring comfort. Mel contributed so much to the medical profession and the Brookline community, and will be missed by all whose lives he touched.

I had the privilege of being a research fellow under Dr. Clouse back in 2004. He was a kind, caring and gentle individual who touched the lives of countless trainees in a positive way, mine especially. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing.
Rest in peace, Dr. Clouse!. You'll be dearly missed.
