I wish I could make it up to pay my respect to Mel. Her impact on my life goes beyond words I can come up with. She helped build my sense of self. Her and Val were a huge impact on building my self confidence. Mel was a shining star for me when I felt lost at different points in my young life. Mel will live forever in my heart and memories.
