Maurice Pillette was a gentleman's genteman. he was compassionate and passionate about fire protection long before most people knew what aFire Protection engineer even was. We fenced a bit on an overlay system at an insured location. He was fair and reasonable.

I was privileged to count Maurice as a friend. I worked closely with Maurice as Legal Counsel to DFS and the ASAB.
