There are many memories I have of my grandmother. The ones that stand out the most are her helping her entire family, at any turn, at every phase of our lives, and her doing so with unconditional love. I only recently remembered that she made me feel special every birthday by taking me out to eat; year after year, even until recently. Love you. Thank you for all of your unspoken lessons.

Mom, I have always dreaded this day since I was a little girl.  The thought of you ever leaving me here alone was terrifying, and now that I'm an adult, I still feel the same. I miss you so much, it's so painful. Lord God please help me though this.
I Love You Mom, see you in Paradise

think of you often, especially when I'm in Santa Clara..your loving nephew, Larry L.Shade

Our deepest sympathies to the whole family. I have memories as a young girl visiting with Angie and as an adult, bumping into Grandma Vera in later years. What a character, she was. May The Blessings Be. From the Salas-Tynan family, with Love..

I don't really have the words to express how grateful I am to have had my grandmother in my life . . . I have so much to share, but the more I try to put my thoughts and memories together, the more I realize what a hole her passing has put in my heart.  She was a constant - always beautiful always young, being 31 when I was born, I felt she would live forever.  In me she always will . . .

And by her examples of hard work, independence, passion, beauty, and pride, I raise my family in her spirit . . . Love bites and all!  Till we meet again Grandma and may Heaven enjoy your fiesty strength and good humor.  I love you!
