Maureen “Mary” a wonderful hard working lovely lady. I knew her through Gold Star Wives of America. Always, laughing and cheery, helpful and caring. Such sad news. My deepest and most heartfelt Condolences to her family, friends and many GSW members that loved her so much.

For sixty year she taught and entertained me among so many others. This little woman was a giant.

I am so sad that my sweet Irish Friend has passed. When I saw the announcement thru Gold Star Wives of America I just couldn't imagine our conventions going on without her smiling face and quiet wit.I will cherish her kindness when I was President and she qiggled with me over my "non formal way" at times but championed me on.Sweet Irish girl;from one to another' keep the Angels laughing!
