We are so saddened. Anyone who witnessed Mary Ann with her daughter could see how much they loved each other. I saw them at birthday parties and other events. I never saw Madison and Mary Ann seperate without an extra hug and kiss. Sending love to the entire family- Melissa, Crawford and Jacey

I worked with Mary Ann at Magellan Laboratories in the early 2000's. In addition to being a kind and thoughtful person, she was an excellent scientist who had the respect and admiration of her peers. I am saddened that she is gone and offer my condolences to her family.

Like Walter (above), I worked with Mary Ann at Magellan Labs in the early 2000's. Magellan didn't always hire the "best and brightest", but they definitely got both with Mary Ann, in addition to getting someone whose cheery disposition brightened every room she entered. She was taken way too soon. My sincere condolences to her family and friends.
