Mark's ability to protect others was on full display when the state funding that help support his son Jarryd's disability was on the chopping block. When he got to the State House he was asked to talk directly to the Massachusetts State Legistration. After Mark had spoke the benefits were saved for anyone who receives them
Mark was a gentle giant who would give you the shirt off his back willing to help and lend a hand if asked. I only got to know him through a friend but my life was better having known him. He will be missed greatly.
