Ms. Forstmann was a customer of mine when I was in banking and she would always wait for me to help her.  She always had the sweetest smile on her face and loved her family so much. After we would complete her banking we would chat for a few minutes and have a few laughs.  Cherish the wonderful memories as they will bring so much comfort now and in the months to come.
