Lois took in my sister and myself for a month or so while my parents were going through the ugliest of divorces. Len had recently past at the time. She and her family were so sweet. I’ve taken for granted what real love can look like for so long. Every moment at their home was an eternity of peace, like the sound of the clock in the hallway. I’ll love you always.
