Soon the last enemy death will be no more. God's word at Revelation 21:4 promises this,"And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” My sincere condolences for your loss.

I met Liza 20 years during a canoe class.  From the get-go Liza had me in stitches with her sharp and quick wit.  I also quickly learned to appreciate Liza's thoughtful perspective on everyday life.  For the past 20 years she remained a loyal and supportive friend; someone that I could always depend on.  I have fond memories of Liza and I know that she will be deeply missed by many.

Liza and I re-connected after our 20th high school reunion.  I loved spending time with her. We talked about everything and I appreciated her opinions because she often made me view topics in a different way..  She was so unique and generous. I loved her and will miss her terribly.  Sometimes there are no words........

Liza was a coworker and a good friend. She put her all into everything she did. I will miss her humor, kindness and intellect. The last few years were beyond tough as she faced so many unknowns, but she did so with a tremendous amount of grace. May she find tranquility.

Liza . . . a rare and treasured friend. She changed my life for the better with her inquisitive, thought-provoking questions, fast-paced conversations, quick wit, unique intelligence, loving spirit and deep understanding of so many of the complexities of life. Most people search their whole lives to find the kind of friendship I found with Liza. She will always be in my heart.

Liza and I met in college, and maintained our friendship over the years. Liza was a truly amazing friend, loving and supportive, unfailingly there to lend an ear, give advice, and always making me laugh. She battled for her life like the Warrior that she was, full of grace and strength. I will miss her in life, her incredible intellect and wit, but will carry her in my heart forever. <3

I have known Liza for at least two decades.  She was a wonderful person and so full of life.  Some might even say a bit feisty. <Smile> She had a deep love of animals especially her own.  One of the best days in her life was when she met Niel.  It seemed to be a match destined to be. She will be sorely missed by all.  Our condolences to family and friends.  Rest in peace Liza!

Hello, I was saddened to learn of Liza's passing, my name is Spencer and I'm her next door neighbour on Henry St. I saw wedding and childhood photos + letters in the trashcan, so I pulled them aside not wanting to see someone's memories discarded. I would love for these wedding photos to go to her family or someone who knew her. You can call or text me at 434-825-5456
