I retired from DCAA.  Mr. Lewis R. Sullivan III was our Regional Audit Manager.  Considerinng his position, he was very kind and approachable.  When he visited, which was not very often, he would sit with the auditors, and go  around and talk to us.  I remember hom always sharing his fondness  for scallop fishing.  A vey nice  human being.  May he rest in peace.
