We played scrabble, lexulous, words with friends EVERY day. I miss my little game pal.
To Leslie's family - I am sorry for your loss. I graduated with Leslie from WHS in 1964. She and I shared so many classes in my first (1961-62) and subsequent years at WHS. As a new student Leslie welcomed and befriended me. Leslie was smart, upbeat, diligent at her studies, and active in school. We went together - as friends - to the junior prom!
Saddened to hear of Leslie’s recent death. She and I were roommates for a short time at her first Beacon Hill apartment and have remained in touch yearly ever since. I remember her as a fun, intelligent, and kind person of outstanding character. My husband and I met because of her & named our oldest daughter after her. She will be greatly missed I am sure. I was shocked and saddened to learn of Leslie’s passing. She was a wonderful person. I met her in the early 70s when she was part of the development staff at MGH. She assisted me in writing grant proposals for foundations. We worked well together. After I left MGH, we stayed in touch and got together occasionally. She was a good friend and an impressive woman. I will miss her.
