Larry talked me into transferring into OSPR during it's infancy.  Larry was one of the best supervisors anyone could have. He was always fair and he believed in me. He will be one Fish and Gamer that I will always remember.
Rest in LOVE Larry and may your family be well in this time of sadness.

I'm sorry to hear of Larry's passing.  He was always positive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with as a co-worker and a supervisor.  The years we worked, trained and shared meals together are fondly remembered.
I send my best to the family.

I send my deepest sympathy to the Kirsch family.  I humbly share your loss because Larry's father, Bill Kirsch, was my best friend from the early 30s until he passed away. I had the privilege of attending His marriage to Elayne  and was close by when Larry and Carol were born. Larry was a loving husband and a caring father. His courage and positive attitude are an inspiration to all

We all at OSPR have the fondest memories of our friend Larry and were incredibly saddened to hear of his passing.  We have put together a "remembrance" for Larry (which is longer than this format), and will forward it directly to the family.  Larry was a good man, a kind person, a dedicated husband and father and a wonderful friend and co-worker.  We will miss his light in the world.
