I think this my former 5th grade teacher from Carol City Elem school...if so, Mrs. Franklin was my FAVORITE teacher of all time. She was a strong and confident teacher who believed in ALL of her students. I remember when she came to Opa Locka to pick me up to go to the Miami Police Dept for the "Do the Right Award" that I was nominated for and won! I still have the pic. I miss her SIP!
