Dear Larry, I still can't believe you are gone.
I promise you I will do my best to preserve your AVG collections.
You are always my hero.
Rest in peace my friend.
James from Taiwan.
Tere, I pray for you and your sons comfort during this time. Larry set up my brother's site on the virtual wall about 20 years ago. As a result, I have talked to the soldier who was with my brother when he was killed. I will forever be indebted to Larry. Being able to hear the story of Tommy's death was very healing for me. God bless you and your sons.
Tere,Alex,& Tyler prayers and love are with you as you celebrate the life of our dear friend Larry..we were fortunate to have such a military historian among us who brought closure to many family & friends who lost loved ones in Vietnam. He is forever in our hearts ...May he Rest In Peace...Jerry & Lynda
Tere, we send our sympathy for your loss. GOD be with you and your family.
Tere, I am the 23d Wing "Flying Tigers" historian here at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. Larry's book, "A Pictorial History of the Flying Tigers" is in our history library. I had gone on line to try to reach out to Larry about how much I have enjoyed his book, but was saddened to hear that he had passed. His book is my go to book to show others about the history of the Flying Tigers.
