Larry Packer. Was A Great Friend and Mentor.  Larry was My Supervisor at PG&E Line for many years.  When Larry decided to go back to work as a Line Foreman in the field, I was very lucky to be His
Lineman, along with Fred Brandt being my lead Lineman.  The time I worked with Larry taught me The Spirit of a lineman.  Larry was the epitome of a Lineman.  Joe Grassi
