So sorry to hear of Lance's illness and passing. Lance worked on my team at the Lowell Historic Preservation Commission for many years on design of the Lowell Canalways and other historic preservation projects. He was a fine person. He was dedicated to his craft, conscientious, a positive person and wonderful asset for our efforts. He also designed my kitchen at home which we still enjoy.

I am deeply saddened and sorry to hear of Lance’s passing.  Lance and I worked as colleagues at the National Parks of Boston and I valued our conversations.  He inspired me to ask the hard questions about a project and not jump to conclusions, but to proceed carefully and methodically.  I admired his positivity and forward-thinking outlook.  Keeping in touch into retirement, I’ll miss him.
